Billy Ray Cyrus' wife, Tish, has filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, after 19 years of marriage. 

The filing comes three years after Billy Ray filed for divorce, but withdrew it to try to work things out. Tish is asking for spousal support, full custody of their youngest child, Noah, and payment of her attorney fees. The couple has a total of five children, including Miley, but Noah is the only one that's still a minor.

Tish told TMZ, "This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time."

Apparently, Miley was trying to get in touch with her father about the news, tweeting, "@billyraycyrus, since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?"

The wreck involved three tractor trailers along I-40 in Humphreys County, Tennessee. Craig was returning home from a gig in Texas and sprang into action with two of his crew members when the accident occurred a quarter-mile away from his bus. The three of them put out a small fire and helped the drivers of the trucks.

Sheriff Chris Davis says, “He responded and did exactly what he had been taught to do, and was a huge help. This is just another example of the kind of guy he is -- he loves doing things for others.”

Nobody involved in the accident suffered more than minor injuries.

According to Mail Online, this husband allegedly bragging about cheating on his wife has been publicly shamed on Facebook, after a train passenger overheard his conversation.

The picture of the man, who had been traveling on a train from Philadelphia with friends, has since been shared more than 183,000 times since a Pennsylvania mother posted in on Wednesday.

'If this is your husband, I have endured a 2 hour train ride from Philadelphia listening to this loser and his friends brag about their multiple affairs and how their wives are too stupid to catch on. Oh please repost...' Steph Strayer wrote on Wednesday.
