Carrie Underwood replaces Faith Hill singing the opening theme for Sunday Night Football

Carrie teased the news by tweeting, "Just to let you know, we have some great news that we'll be sharing tomorrow! I'm really excited about it! Stay tuned . . ." She quickly followed that up with, "Goodness gracious! From now on, any time I say I have good news, I'm going to have to follow it up with the hashtag #NoImNotPregnant sheesh!"

The Nashville City Paper reports that former Nashville resident Amy Bowen, who also claims that she played the song on numerous occasions in public, including during a workshop attended by songwriters John Kelley Lovelace and Charles Christopher Dubois. The two are listed as co-writers on Paisley and Underwood's version of "Remind Me." Bowen is seeking $10 million in damages and wants to be named the song's owner.

So, if it is really her song - Why did she wait two years to file the lawsuit?!
