King George Strait will add one more honor to his career résumé when he receives the Country Radio Broadcasters Career Achievement Award, Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Country Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Nashville. The award is presented to an artist or act who has made a significant contribution to country music and the country radio format. Previous honorees have included Kenny Rogers, Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton.

The invitation-only Country Radio Hall of Fame dinner and induction ceremony is considered the kickoff event for Country Radio Seminar week in Nashville, one of the top country music industry events of the year.
